Excellent Service. Hired a car as on previous occaisons. No problems at all. Left about 15 mins later with a tidy clean Mazda 2.I will go back there again.

Great van hire for friends' daughter's flitting. £80 for 24-hour, hire superb price. Friends' daughter was quoted £400 for a man and a van, bloody ripoff ?. We did it in 3hours.

I requested a skoda octavia there where there were no guarantees, but I got the car I requested really straightforward for the rental and friendly staff, I had to take take the car back early and awaiting a refund the petrol and diesel is about 20p a litre cheaper from them aswell, I will definitely use them again if I need to

Dear Arnold Clark, I recently hired a vehicle from your goodselves & in the last minute (not my fault) lol, the vehicle had to be changed to one with a larger boot space if possible for a special trip to the South of England, & I was served by two very professional members of your staff named Kim & Linda at your East Kilbride Car & Van Rental branch, these Ladies immediately came to my rescue when i showed up & explained my unfortunate dilemma! & they both dealt with the situation efficiently & put my mind completely at rest, & the communication skills & problem solving abilities shown by these two Ladies was a clear indication to me that these Ladies have the company's best interests in the forefront of their minds whilst on duty in the workplace, so they truly deserve the more traditional "GOLD CARRIAGE CLOCKS" when that time comes for them! for their loyal service to the company.Keep up the good work Arnold Clark!Kindest RegardsMr M.

Had a few vans from here and so far have all stunk of smoke.Update to ACs reply:Complained the 1st time because one of our party is asthmatic and was told no other vans were available. Complained on return too, no one cared.Didn't bother on the 2nd rental, no point.
