    Brilliant equipment, well maintained clean, family run gym. The staff are always willing to help and pt’s are class. only downside is you want to go every night can’t get away from the place.

    Friendly approachable staff. Clean. The odd fun challenges now and again are a good laugh and a chance to see the results of your hard work. Can easily get to the free weights section, none of this intimidating testosterone zone that put me off other gyms. Just nice people all looking to get stronger and fitter.     Would not recommend at all I was charged £155.80 for a subscription and when I called to complain and explained I can’t afford that that I would need the money back they couldn’t care. They told me it would be in within 24hrs and didn’t bother to send the money. Very quick and happy to take ur money but not that... read full comment
