The most memorable place I visited in Scotland. Coffee, food and service were wonderful. Location is the end of the country and it takes time to get there. This makes it a special place. Unforgettable.

An oasis after completing the Cape Wrath Trail. Walking there from Sandwood Bay is a must, and the reward is a great cup of tea and huge portion of mac & cheese cooked over a peat fire!

Unbelievable to finish the Cape Wrath Trail through classic Scottish wilderness and high winds to find John and Angela?s cafe in the Lighthouse barracks. Had some much needed hot food before heading to Kearvaig Bothy to cap of an amazing walk. Thanks for the hospitality. Such an amazing place.

Really wonderful cafe. It?s amazing what you can get here given how remote it is. We had sandwiches and hot chocolate and cake which was very welcome after the long cycle to get there. As we could not get a ferry back that day due to high winds we stayed over and also had an evening meal here of macaroni cheese on toast which was very nice. Very welcoming and awesome that they are open 24/7 and can rustle up a meal in such a remote spot. Great visit and would highly recommend.

We took the ferry and mini bus trip to Cape Wrath as part of our NC500 adventure. The owners of the Ozone Cafe were very kind to my little boy who just wanted a jam sandwich which wasn?t on the menu. It?s a lovely place and definitely worth a visit and cup of tea.

Ozone Cafe. Cafe at the end of the universe where you can get food and a bed in the bunkhouse 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. This is an amazing cafe run by two extraordinary people John and his daughter Angie. I have walked the Cape Wrath trail and the Scottish National Trail and the most welcoming sight and thought was getting to the lighthouse and the Ozone Cafe. Try staying in the bunkhouse and watch the beacon of light from the lighthouse shine and illuminate the ink black sky. It?s a magical place with the full power of human kindness on full display from John and Angie. I had the good fortune to be caught by a NATO exercise and had a wonderful two days at the bunkhouse watching birds on the surrounding cliffs tilt and glide effortlessly. I would rather go to the lighthouse and the Ozone Cafe rather than Paris and New York

John and Angie were very welcoming to their remote home on Cape Wrath and we enjoyed tea and delicious cakes from the Ozone Café. You can also buy postcards there with a special Cape Wrath postmark. Thank you John and Angie!

All things considered this place is awesome ?.. it?s remote, actually can?t really be anymore remote on mainland Britain, and it?s not easy to get to at all ? The food selection is pretty good. The service is charming and efficient. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty And we were delighted to have the choice of oat or soya milk in out coffee ?

I've stayed overnight in the bunkhouse after the end of the cape wrath trail, the bunkhouse is small and pretty simple but felt so good after all the nights in bothies and tent. Angie and John are super nice and cooked us a nice meal and hearty breakfast. A great way to finish a 2 weeks walk. Thanks again!
