The best toasted cheese sandwiches I have ever had. Fantastic spot right next to Sango Sands Campsite. Just gutted it couldn't be further away from home and still be on the UK mainland

We stayed for 2 nights. Frances was helpful & lovely as was molly & the chef. Room with a lovely view & very well placed for us travelling on the North Coast 500 Breakfast was good & evening meals too

Excellent small hotel with restaurant and bar. Good food and lovely staff and accommodation while navigating the North 500. Conveniently located close to Smoo Cave and Durness. Bar frequented by locals and trades working in the area adding a bustling dimension to the resturant. Can get a bit noisy but but all respectful of visitors.

We had lunch here when touring the top of Scotland. Food was very good and the service was very very friendly. A good place to stop after a visit to the cave.

Amazing! Friendly service and bangin toasties. Got the new worker and the pizza toasties and would recommend both. Worth a stop if you?re popping to smoo cave!Dietary restrictions: GF and vegan available

If you are in the durness area then you must go get a toastie. Best toastie I have ever had! We got a pizza style toastie and the Highlander toastie. Great service and very friendly staff. Quite pricey but worth every mouthful. Will definitely be going to get another toastie if we are in the area in the future. Any chance of opening one in the Scottish borders so we don't have to wait until we are back in Durness ? Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic gluten-free toasties. Highly recommended the chicken pesto cheese toastie. The ladies that have served us are lovely, very friendly, and welcoming.

One of the most amazing toasties I tried on my NC500 trip.The place looks a bit shabby, but do not be fooled by the appearance as the toastie was just amazing.The menu is very simple and straight to the point nothing too fancy.I got the triple cheese garlic toastie and needless to say it was amazing.The two ladies that were serving at the spot, were very friendly and happily answered all my questions.I also got the salted caramel shake, which was very delicious and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting NC 500.

Great food, good amount. Great value for money. Very tasty. Did not have to wait long.Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese available.Parking: Small parking lot next to it. Can be busy.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible by wheelchair, no stairs. Gravel road.Dietary restrictions: All gluten free and vegan options available.

We stopped there coming back from visiting the cave. The staff was super nice, friendly and welcoming. We had a coke and a tea, quickly served in a nice ambiance. There was a dart board we could have played with, and a super modern jukebox playing " all the songs in the world" the chief told us. A nice place to spend a moment! We didn't try the food nor the room.
