Currently I am without hot water so I needed somewhere to shower,yesterday I called the swimming pool and spoke to a wonderful lady called Karen who was extremely understanding and kind, she told me I could come and use the staff facilities so I had total privacy. I'd just like to say a massive thank you as she didn't need to do this. Lovely to see such kindness from people.

Lovely clean pool, helpful staff. Enjoyable time on inflatables ,slide and swimming gear. Great rooms for children party and another room for eating food. Granddaughter had a fantastic time celebrating her 10th birthday.

Excellent staff, very helpful as I'm disabled, best thing my carer who is my eldest son can come and swim as well as I need him as my driver and helping to get dressed but one of the girls would help me out in the summer.Fantastic people very helpful and concerned about the swimmers welfare. First class

Duns swimming pool is absolutely fantastic. The pool is clean as are the changing rooms, but most of all the staff are very helpful and friendly.I'm recovering from injury and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou so much.

My daughter has swimming lessons here, the staff are lovely and very friendly and the changing facilities are good. Her swimming has come such a long way in a short time!
