This is a superb jewellers, extremely welcoming, friendly, knowledgable staff and with a great selection of beautifully presented goods to suit all tastes and price points. I have bought several presents for family all of which have been very well received. Over the last few years I have had watches serviced and repaired, the most recent being a 1912 ladies gold pocket watch. Wonderful to have such a skilled horologist in Dunoon.

We are so glad we came across Tim at a Wedding Fayre. He is such a genuine and lovely person, and went above and beyond in the service he provided. He cleaned my engagement ring which was not purchased from himself and re-plated my husband?s band after engraving, which was also not purchased from him. My 2 rings he did make are absolutely perfect. He sent us a photo of them being made, which was such a nice touch. We really enjoyed our trips over to Dunoon.

Tim made our wedding rings and his service from the very start was impeccable. His price certainly trumped everyone else too with the standard produced.Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone

I was recommended Tim by two separate friends who both had an excellent experience ordering from him. We visited the shop in January this year and met Tim who is very knowledgeable and at no point did we feel pushed or pressured into anything. Tim was so relaxed and friendly, it made the entire experience special. We ordered our rings and were kept up to date regularly on their progress. His prices are the best you'll likely find for the quality you are receiving. Our rings arrived in plenty of time for our big day. I could not recommend him enough.

We are so lucky to have a quality, local family jewelers in Dunoon. The shop front is well designed. The range of jewelry suits all pockets and styles. A superb little shop and great staff.

Can't recommend Tim highly enough. He designed and crafted a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band using my existing gemstones with the addition of a new gemstone too. Excellent communication throughout the process and delighted with the finished rings. Staff in his shop are delightful and very helpful too.

We had a great experience ordering our wedding rings from Tim. He is a lovely guy who is very easy to deal and extremely talented. I honestly couldn't recommend him enough. He even resized my ring free of charge after a few months when I decided it was too tight. His fees are unbelievably competitive.

The most beautiful and unique pieces. I shop here every time I am home. Last time I was home I purchased a necklace but left the earrings. Huge regrets. Lisa was wonderful, located the earrings, let me pay over the phone since I?m all the way in Canada and packed them up for my dad to pick up for me and send them.
