Mhairi was a disgrace. We where in today mhairi struggled to understand me which is perfectly fine but after we had left my friends were still in and none of the staff knew this as they started talking abuse about me and my girlfriend and then denied it all when I went back in to talk to the manger she was no better than mhairi. Terrible staff worst experience and they need to be taught some manners. Also as I walked back into the shop mhairi told me to ?bring it on?
