Very difficult small store very narrowaisles ,worn out floor all taped up with hazard tape ,poor layout due to size of store ,but managerand staff helpful and friendly working in cramped conditions .Pity that Morrisons have done nothing to improve store since takeover of McColls.

Got a reply from you so upgraded stars as you seen like a great company to respond so quick. It was only a couple of items that are more expensive but was comparing with supermarkets in my home are of Great Yarmouth. But a lot of your items are low priced. I would recommend any one to use your shop great service.

There is only ever one till working. I was trying to complete my purchase which took three attempts as there is always a problem.I tried to leave and despite covid restrictions was hemmed in by other customers on three side less than one metre away. Didn?t seem to even occur to staff, one of whom was doing nothing, to ask other customers to form one queue and stand back.. I won?t be back. Shop is a shambles.it?s not rocket science to be covid aware
