“A bank with a friendly atmosphere and staff that often know the names of the customers who pass through their doors. Would be a five star rating, but the opening hours are a little bizarre and often the wait for service is excessive.”

“When I came here with 60 kids from the US, we had travelers checks that we needed to cash in for pounds. This was always the bank I'd come to when I needed to cash in the checks. For a team that large and the amount of money we were getting, we would get the best exchange rate and lowest fees for our usage. The tellers were also some of the most patient and pleasant people I have ever encountered. Do you know the kind of pain I put them through to get ~4,000 pounds withdrawn with specific increments of money needed once a week for 5 weeks in a row. They were fantastic. I came to Dunoon in 1999, 2001, 2003 and 2005 with Greg Speck and his Grey team with Royal Servants.”
