“I am glad I didn’t read some of these horrible reviews before I booked to stay here ! Yes, the place was a little bit dated but there was absolutely no damp in our bedroom and the place in itself is beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, we had a choice of continental and full Scottish breakfast and Adrian was so happy to cook and prepare whatever we wanted. He even had fresh strawberries for our children ! The location of the guesthouse is also great, just opposte the Beatrix Potter Gardens and near the beautiful river Tay. Lots of nice walks and I recommend a walk to Dunkeld with the beautiful houses and cathedral. Also, the place was very good value for money, we stayed in places in Scotland where we had paid almost double and were exactly same standard!”
