Came in for our work nights out at the weekend and had a fantastic time, not a bar I?ve really been in before but I?ll definitely be back thanks to Ryan and Carra for looking after us

I?m sorry to have to write a negative review, but having waited over 20 minutes to get served last night I feel I have no choice. Yes, the bar was very busy. Yes, the 4 bar staff were flat out. But come on guys, every one of you made eye contact on several occasions and, despite my attempts to grab your attention (i.e. smiling and waving my bank card in the air), I was frustratingly aware of very many customers being served ahead of me despite each one of them rolling up long after I?d arrived to the front of the queue. The final straw came when the barman looked right over my head to tell the fella behind me he?d be serving him next! At that point I?d had enough. I let the barman know I?d been stood there close on 25 minutes and finally, just finally, I got served. I?m sorry, but I won?t be back.

Great pub. Prices are good and all the staff are tremendous ? consistently create a good atmosphere and nice place to visit. Particularly appreciate the fuss they make over the dogs, especially Pauline. Look forward to many more visits!

We came in just from a show in the Alhambra which was excellent. Bar prices really cheap great atmosphere and live music . And the service was amazing all the staff were brilliant especially Mitch who served us throughout the night we will definitely come back.

Proper boozer this. Went in with some of the lads and got on scotlands best pint, A Juicy. Absolutely quality time. Ryan treated us like royalty. Loved every second. Will be back?!

Dropped by for some drinks over the weekend! The new gaffer, Ryan, is an amazing guy! Incredible craic from him and he's clearly going to do a quality job! Great service from him & his team and really good prices, we'll definitely be back again!?

Went for a quiet pint in the East Port. Ryan was really helpful and after all his recommendations I still settled for A Bug Juicy. The pride of the Scottish. Will definitely be back
