The store itself is not bad, except for one of the employees who is rude, ill-disposed, responds badly to customers, instead of serving customers for the third time that I am served by him and he does not solve anything, he sends me home to call the Vodafone service online, and he's still sitting playing with his cell phone or talking to his colleague, I changed from another company that was even better than Vodafone and the day I bought my equipment it limited itself to send me home and do everything online?..so while that person is in that store they will certainly lose many customers, I don't intend to come back while that person works there

Unhelpful staff (manager) who gave us incorrect information, the other 2 members if staff looked like they'd just woke up, one orange looking youngster who looked like she'd just rolled out of bed and just stared into space, the other kid sat playing on his phone!! Very unprofessional staff, looked awful. We ended up visiting another Vodafone store where they were Brill. The same day!!

Been a customer from their comkNies beginning here i the uk, n went cibtaft with them in 2010 a d never looked bk as with bodafone you are very unlikely to have your signK drop out unless i the Highlands walking mybe, but their coverage is great n broadband is sweet too ca t fault Daniel and the team #dunfermline #Vodafone store so friendly and willing g to help, unlike other phone shops where they keep you standing ages before getting round yobuou yhat would only happen if Ll members of staff were busy with other customer's yet they will let you know how long you'll b waiting until one finishes with the customer before you i the cueAgain great service no factshere ?

I cannot praise the Dunfermline store highly enough (particularly Daniel) who went over and above to resolve an issue I had. Despite the fact they had no part in the contract (placed online) they took ownership of the issue and were relentless in pursuit of their colleagues in the technical department to put the problem to bed.Thank you so much.

Many thanks to Kimberley McIntosh at High St Dunfermline store. Very helpful, I'm on an old system looked to see if I can get an update. Kimberley spoke to the customer service agent on my behalf rather than telling me to do it myself. Showed me new phones and found one that would fit my needs. Great value and more than doubled by data allowance.

I was in the Dunfermline branch to change my old phone over to my husbands old phone as he had a new phone about a year ago ,I did not think it would work but the young gentleman that served me called Dan was very helpful and went out of his way to sort my phone he certainly went to extra mile to make sure that the phone would work for me and that I could picked it up the next day he is a credit to the Vodafone store in Dunfermline .

Thanks to the store assistant for misleading information on a charging cable. Wasted £20 on a cable he insisted was correct. As box damaged unable to return. Obviously important lie to customers to make a sale. Shameful and immoral.
