Visited here today. Sarah was on hand to help me with a problem I had with my phone. She had it fixed within minutes. Sarah was very friendly and I received a great service. Can highly recommend.

Manager is very very rude, very unhelpful and treated me badly, they definitely need to get rid of him. I ordered a SIM online and when I collected he said why didn't I come in store to do this, we would be out of work if everyone bought online. He was very rude trying to upsell and then he put the SIM right in front of me not even in its little package or envelope, I refused to take it and cancelled my contact. Customers should be treated better!!

Went in to upgrade broadband deal. Was able to get the offer I was hoping for and got it upgraded. Staff were wonderful and answered all my questions well.

The store itself is not bad, except for one of the employees who is rude, ill-disposed, responds badly to customers, instead of serving customers for the third time that I am served by him and he does not solve anything, he sends me home to call the Vodafone service online, and he's still sitting playing with his cell phone or talking to his colleague, I changed from another company that was even better than Vodafone and the day I bought my equipment it limited itself to send me home and do everything online?..so while that person is in that store they will certainly lose many customers, I don't intend to come back while that person works there

Unhelpful staff (manager) who gave us incorrect information, the other 2 members if staff looked like they'd just woke up, one orange looking youngster who looked like she'd just rolled out of bed and just stared into space, the other kid sat playing on his phone!! Very unprofessional staff, looked awful. We ended up visiting another Vodafone store where they were Brill. The same day!!
