I have always had positive visits at Vision Express, Kingsgate and my latest was no different. I had a warm welcome and was taken for my pre consultation checks and straight into my consultation

I was warmly welcomed into the store. The optician was very professional and explained every about my eye test and what he found in my eyes. The assistant was very helpful in helium?s to chose my glasses.

Went in today to select new glasses. I was acknowledged and said why I was there. Unfortunately I received no help or advice to select a frame. This was disappointing. On a previous visit, one assistant sat chatting to a friend for some time. A couple of curse words were heard. Truly surprised at this poor level of customer service.
However, my experience with the actual optician was excellent.
