Once again, fantastic service from both Helen and Andrea. Booked our cabin with Helen who was brilliant then five days later decided to upgrade to a balcony cabin. Andrea sorted it all out for us, again with such professionalism - even though I?m sure we must be their most difficult customers! Thank you to all the staff - we wouldn?t book anywhere else as nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

Andrea and her team did a fantastic job with helping us after our holiday cancellation. Although I'm from the South, I will only go through Tui in Fife from now on to book my holiday.

I booked my family holiday today and Jazmyn was very helpful with every little detail! Really appreciated how much she went out her way to make sure everything would go smoothly for my Autistic little girl. With the amount of questions I had she was so patient and explained everything perfectly and I really did appreciate all the help. Will definitely be booking with Tui again and will ask for Jazmyn next time. Thank you ?

Have been using this branch for 3 years now (even though I live in East Anglia!). Have always dealt with Jazmyn for our assisted travel arrangements and she remembers us each time. She is very careful to get details of our requirements and does a good job over the phone

For AndreaI came into the store armed with questions galore and also knowing that there was one room left to where we wanted to go in May 2024. What can I say Andrea is fabulous. She is very thorough and knowledgeable answered all my questions, in particular listened and so went above and beyond. Her customer service is second to none and I should know as I worked and loved dealing with people. There was no feeling or pressure to hurry up even though there was other customers in the store, she made you feel special and in the end I will be getting a new passport and left excited and looking forward to my holiday.
