Absolutely disgusted by the way I was interrogated today because I wanted to take money out of my own bank account,my answers weren't good enough and they wanted specifics,I was told I was being refused because they can and I looked agitated when being questioned, well what do you expect your interrogating me on my own business,never had a bad experience until today and if I could I would give zero stars.

The purpose of a bank is surely to facilitate some simple things from a customers perspective. Pay in cash, withdraw cash, pay bills. Most folks understand these simple ideas, not the TSB. If you are unfortunate enough to use this branch, it seems that the fundamental principle is to make things as difficult as possible. Let?s take the following example: Looking to pay in cash. There are two machines allowing this facility, one broken, one barely functional. There is a teller who appears to be present for appearances who cannot take a cash payment unless it is in excess of £2500. Even if the machines were working, they appear to have a 50 note limit, so if a customer had £2010 in £10 notes to pay in, this would amount to 5 separate attempts to use a broken machine. All because, for some inexplicable reason, this ?bank? has decided to make the normal functions of a bank a chore. Additionally, for the pleasure of this zero customer service approach, you will receive precisely 0% interest on your current account. So all the while we are effectively paying for this ever decreasing service. The next thing we will hear is that ?the majority of customers are using self serve machines? and this will no doubt be the catalyst for yet another TSB branch closure. Somewhere in the management structure of this bank, there appears to be a rabid monkey in charge of decision making. I for one will be off to a bank that does not treat its customers with contempt.

Useless.They don't even answer the phone, it just rings out to the automated recording that tells you to contact them online and then when you call the main number, it just tells you everyone is helping other customers. Better to go to Santander or another bank.

Shocking service had to wait over 20 mins with 1 teller and 1 person being served that?s all, kept asking if someone could take the cash and put in an envelope and give me a receipt but no not possible, the branch closes at 2pm all other branches have been closed so had to come away ridiculous. I am trying to run a business.
