Absolutely disgusted by the way I was interrogated today because I wanted to take money out of my own bank account,my answers weren't good enough and they wanted specifics,I was told I was being refused because they can and I looked agitated when being questioned, well what do you expect your interrogating me on my own... read full comment

The purpose of a bank is surely to facilitate some simple things from a customers perspective. Pay in cash, withdraw cash, pay bills. Most folks understand these simple ideas, not the TSB.
