Wow don?t really know where to start
Rooms are awful
No staff at reception was there for 4 nights
Saw staff at reception twice. Once was when I had to phone so I could check in.
My company paid for WiFi had to ask for the access code wasn?t actually advised or given the voucher when I was booking in.
Had torn and stained towels when I left a note to have them changed was given fresh 1s but again had 1 that was torn .
The shower area is dated.
Of all the chain hotels Travelodge is definitely at the bottom of the pile.
Was here on business so didn?t personally have to pay which is a saving grace.
But I will never be paying out of pocket to stay in a Travelodge.

Stayed here again on Thursday and once again faultless. Booked early check in and room was ready for us. The staff in this hotel are fantastic knowledgeable on the area and the customer service they provide is exceptional. Well done guys.i need a hotel in this area almost every week just for 1 night and now as this hotel offers everything I need and more I don't even bother shopping around. Thanks to all the staff.

Advertising it as being in Dunfermline is a matter of opinion, it's totally out of the city on a roundabout complex of the M90.
On their side of the complex there is nothing, you can't even walk out of the site to get food and drink, you have to get in your car and drive completely around the interchange roundabout complex just to get some food. If you don't have a car you can't use this Travelodge, you have facilities within 200 metres of the hotel, but you have to drive 3/4 of a mile to get there! Not Eco-friendly at all from that point of view!
Maybe they could buy the defunct Kingsgate Centre and turn that into a Travelodge instead, that would make a better hotel site...

We quite often stay here when we have commitments around the area, it?s in a great location just off the dual carriageway and close to a large retail site

Room is what you would expect for a trace lodge basic and clean
Bed isn?t the best but ok
However if you get a room like I did at the rear of the hotel you may as well go and sleep on the m90 as it?s only about ten meters off it.
Safe to say I won?t be staying here again for that reason alone

Typical travelodge, this one seems a little out dated now and no onsite restaurant. But plenty of other places near by.

Brilliant helpful staff, room was perfect and the location is great for price vs amenities. The staff made the stay great though.
