This is the second time I have used Timpson's at this location. Once for a zipper problem and now for a problem with some keys which Gareth sorted quickly. Both times the service was great and the staff were really customer satisfaction focused. Really appreciate the help I got.

Just had the worst service here. Man that worked there looked at me like I was inconveniencing him by asking if he could repair my shoe. Before I even got it out the bag he said no. Told me to just buy a new pair and turned his back on me. I couldn?t believe how rude he was. The strap was broke on my shoe but I took it to another store and they fixed it for me and were lovely. I don?t normally post reviews, especially bad ones but he made me feel like a stupid girl asking a stupid question. Not ok and certainly won?t go back as long as he works there.

Visited on Tuesday 9th of July 13.30pm.
5 star everything.
I needed 2 keys cut. Took 30seconds and cost £13 which I thought for the service was awesome.
The gentleman working, really welcoming and friendly super service and can't fault it at all.
I was in the shop maybe 2minutes max.

Went in to get my watch adjusted and the gentleman behind the counter (sorry didn't remember the name) adjusted my watch taking ligaments out and never charged me for it.

They also do watch repairs. The young gentleman was very kind and quickly fixed my watch band. He was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this shop as they offer all kinds of services. I also bought some insoles for my shoes which were a very good price. The shop is in front of the cash registers next to McDonalds near the entrance.

Got boot laces here a couple of months ago costing £2 odds and went to get another set today to be charged £2 more than last time and when I said about the price I was told they?ve been over £4 for the last 10 years?

Stopped in on my way out of Asda as my watch battery had been need replaced for months. Shop assistant was very friendly and put the new battery in my watch in minutes. Got a lifetime battery so will be back and I will be back with partners watch as his battery has stopped too.
