My partner was having issues with zero power on her 5g broadband router. The staff couldn't have done more to help and make it a very stress free visit to the store.
Both Andreas(Andy?) and David we're outstanding today and are a credit to your Company. Very very good customer service.

Having visited 3 times this week I would definitely say that I was impressed with both my new phone but also the aftercare and assistance offered by the team who if I'm correct and on first name terms are Calum, Andreas, and David.
Really helped with all the issues I had and welcomed my greyhound Freya in store.

Outstanding service from the team in this Three store. Staff very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping customers. Managed to trace scam messaging that was on my phone and put a stop to the payments. David in particular went above and beyond. Would not hesitate to recommend this shop.

Great fast, friendly & efficient service today from David & Kerrie in Dunfermline Kingsgate Branch. My 88yr old Mum was upset because her mobile wasn't enabling her to receive/send texts/ or set her alarm. I'd had a look but couldn't see a way to sort the problem. They had it sorted out very quickly & made my Mum (who has Dementia) very happy. Any time iv ever been into the shop over the years, iv always had a great service from all the staff iv met & always walked away happy. Would definately recommend 'Three' network. Swapped over from 'EE' to 'Three' a few years ago as wasn't happy with 'EE' ridiculously inflated prices at the time. Never regretted my decision & now have 4 family members on my account. Keep up the good work ??

Absolutely fantastic service from David and Kerrie today.
My grandma has been having issues with her phone for the past week and was worried she would need a replacement. I took her phone in to the shop this afternoon and David managed to fix the problem within an hour.

I have had a nightmare with my phone. Nobody would help in Edinburgh. Was in Dunfermline so popped in. David the manager was outstanding , went above and beyond and made progress with my phone when in 7 weeks I got nowhere . I?m not a fan of 3 but I got superb service here from David
