Want to commend a member of staff in the Dunfermline store this morning. The persons name was Amanda I stood for a little while watching her interact with customers. She was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful to the couple of people that were served. I actually bought a book just because her customer service was exemplary.
Please can Amanda be recognised for her extremely positive, upbeat, courteous attitude on an extremely miserable morning ??
It is a joy to hear someone pleasant as a member of staff. She truly is an asset to the team. Kindest wishes.

I get my A3 sketch pads from here. Very good price. Books, pens, pencils artists brushes and water colour paints. Nice Macs etc... Good wee shop.
