Regular spot for us, always good food and friendly service. Especially nice experience today when I went in with my sister, we were 50p short of the bill and the woman serving us (didn?t catch her name but had short purple hair) without hesitation said she would pay the 50p out of her own pocket. Lovely gesture and much appreciated ?? thank you very much!

It?s a nice place but a worker got fired and a man go kicked out so overall the atmosphere was pretty bad 2stars and when I got my desert they never let me pic they just gave me a pancake with chocolate syrup in I?m allergic would recommend Mac and cheese it?s terrible overall 3stars

What is there not to like about the pancake place. The food is good and with plenty on the menu to choose from, I try to swap and change regularly.Have not had a bad meal yet, and the tea is brought in huge teapots, bigger than anywhere I have been...just what's needed after shopping with the Mrs...Would highly recommend

1st time visit. Popped in for lunch whilst at Elgin for shopping. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Great range of food to choose from. We had the scampi and pancake sriracha stack. Empty plates all round. Coffees were well made. definitely recommend

I had never been in the pancake place before my friends and I went in waited a couple seconds the lady came to us to our seats it was really busy the food was really really good so friendly I will definitely be going back.Dietary restrictions: I didn't pay much attention to the menu but I saw on a board gluten free available.Kid-friendliness: There were loads of kids there with there parents and a couple of people in mobility scooters.Wheelchair accessibility: It was spacey enough to get a wheelchairs in.
