Great hotel, a hidden gem which I managed to unearth in Fife, Scotland. Just outside Dunfermline. Situated in a lovely little village called Crossford. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived for a one night stay but left around 11pm the same night.The lady on reception was lovely.We'd booked an 'Executive Double' but sadly, there wasn't anything 'executive' about it. I am traveller and wouldn't care sometimes the rooms are not proper but this one was the worst ever, and most worst part was the receptionist a tall lady with specs, forgot to ask her name worst behaviour such a shame in name of customer service will never visit. I wouldn't have provided review if it was just swapping rooms... read full comment
