Cannot fault this store in terms of staff support, well stocked shelves and cleanliness of the store itself. I live over 150 miles from this area and use the store as a convenient drop in, on my way to visit family. I have never been treated with anything other than utmost respect and kindness. As a senior citizen (oh how I dislike that phrase, I am old, lets face it, but not dottled), I am assisted when I need to be, and not treated with anything less than courtesy and sometimes a little humour too when I start chatting at the till. Not when there is a queue behind me of course! The car park has fairly recently been resurfaced and it is clean. The bottle bank, trolleys and parcel collection area is generally free of rubbish and the place seems safe enough, even after dark in the winter months. Just want to say thank you to all the staff who I have been in contact with for the past 8 years or so, albeit infrequently. Happy to reccomend this store, whether you are in a hurry or have plenty of time to spare, the staff always have time for the customers. Oh, there is an ATM outside too and bus stop right outside. Traffice lights for pedestrians make it easy to access the bus stop across the road too.

I bought Febrese fragrance spray a month ago. I've been buying the same one for years and we usually use it for 3-4 months. And this one is almost empty. one of the employees changes it. if possible. anymore. I'll buy it here. In a large supermarket they hunt it more.

The food itself is fine, but what isn't is the determination to make paying by cash as difficult as possible. Minimum amount of cash self service checkouts, and when my money wasn't registering as i put it into the self service checkout (and wouldn't spit it back our either), i had to wait ages on a member of staff who then essentially called me a liar as claimed to see me on camera putting coppers into the machine.... Until the machine was examined more clearly and the £2 coin plus others WAS in fact there

Not too great variety of brands. Today, they did not have sore throat lozenges besides Strepsils, yesterday they had no strawberries, the day before no tiger loaf bread, last week no toilet rolls multipacks besides some very expensive ones. I could go on and on about basic items missing in this store. Really don't know what the issue is, but won't bother any more. Prefer to pop to Dalgety Bay Asda or Aldi rather than spending my time here.
