Bought 2 breakfast today for partner and I. She got her's but it was completely cold. Mine was given to someone else and after staff went investigate and then brought to me what I had paid for...it was clearly microwave because the plate was roasting hot. Time of service was nearly 30mins before I actually got food. Previously we had bought 2 cappuccinos. Only to find staff had added boiled water and not heated frothed milk. Won't be going there ever again

This store is rapidly going down hill. Once again the cash machine isn't working (a regular occurrence). The lottery machine is out of order again and has been for several days.
Shelves poorly stocked. The list goes on
We very rarely shop in this store anymore. Much prefer Aldi and they give cashback. Better checkout service there too.

It?s shame that Google still doesn?t work out way to give zero starts. 13th June 5:45pm 3 ?cashiers? and queue to self checkout for good 10min. I decided to go for HUMAN CASHIER as I want to pay by CASH like some of not many FREE peoples not tied by banks and their virtual money. Can Tesco explain what?s the sense to put HUMAN on checkout with card payment only ? especially without any clear information. We call this peoples CASHiers and CASH in their name is for some reason? yes because they operate CASH. So Friday afternoon and you have 3 cash self checkouts and service time over 10min, comfortable cash probably double that. Your bakery can?t even proper bake tiger rolls, try bite them, I only wish you good luck.

This is the best Tesco I have visited. The signage is excellent and staff helpful. Good management, which opened tills as soon as there were queues. Product range and general ambience are first class as is the number of parking spaces.
Other Tescos should benchmark this store.

Not enough tills open and not enough self checkout. Only go if you can spend 30 in a queue! I have no patience for them!!!

This warm welcoming Tesco Superstore is in the heart of the City.The staff get to know their Customers and could hardly be more pleasant, polite, helpful and expert especially if you cannot find an item in the large store. David,who replenishes the meat aisle, epitomises this.Even if staff are busy filling a trolley for delivery, they will gladly stop to assist.At the checkout, an experienced colleague called Liza chats with her regulars and, if you are an OAP, this may be the only conversation you have that day.The young lady on Customer Services could hardly be more helpful or sympathetic.The flowers,fruit, veg and bakery are super fresh and there is an excellent array of newspapers and not just tabloids!Toilets are spotless and the cafe comfortable.Everything is underpinned by the competitive prices especially for the Clubcard holders.Parking is easy.On a winter?s day the shop is warm.You are not forced to use a self service checkout!
