The Evri printer has been broken for the past few months, starting before December 2024, and it?s still broken as of February is reaching. We can?t scan the QR code or print a label. There?s a handwritten note on the printer saying it?s out of order. Tesco Express and Evri need to fix this issue immediately!

This store is a joke. I brought this problem to the attention of staff weeks ago and has obviously fallen on deaf ears. When you use the self service tills and you ask for a receipt you are unable to read it because it needs ink. And today guess what I still can't read the column with the prices because there's no ink. Is there a reason for this. The customer doesn't see what they've been charged and can't complain. Tesco get it sorted or I'm off to Asda.

We happened to visit this store on the 15th of February ,what an amazing store .Thomas was so helpful and went out of his way to help ,in fact all the staff were super friendly .Was very impressed ?

The car park is very poorly designed. There is nowhere for pedestrians to walk and seems more like a petrol station forecourt.
