Bought 3 items and a lottery ticket. No trying on facilities. Returned one item an hour later, served by manager as I needed a refund. She asked for my card receipt and item receipt and wanted to retain both even though there were other things on the receipt. Very short with me and disgraceful attitude because I asked for them both back. Other shop assistant was witness to managers behaviour
