I ordered through Just eat and the order was completely wrong, we got completely different sandwiches to the ones we ordered, which I understand happens sometimes but when we called the restaurant the guy on the phone was extremely rude and put the phone down on us twice.

Dietary restrictions: DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!
I ordered a Gluten Free sandwich and they gave me uncooked raw bacon. I couldn?t eat my sandwich because it was contaminated! They also gave me cookies instead of the ice cream I ordered and I cannot eat the cookies since I have celiac disease. Completely ridiculous, save your time and money, DO NOT EAT HERE

Completely disappointed with this. Delivery driver was unfriendly, to start. I paid for priority delivery with deliveroo. The food was all cold. The Margarita slices(6inch) came as 2 foot long slices of Italian bread with sauce over them. No cheese and not cooked. Waffle fries were cold, starchy and soggy and not cooked. I called the store to be hung up on and then called back and told I?m getting a refund then the call was disconnected again.
I appreciate it may be busy but it costs nothing to have some courtesy at least. I?m sorry but I will never order from here again.

Ordered a chicken tikka sub and I?ve received a partly toasted plain chicken sub never had such an awful subway before.
If you don?t have any of the item ordered how hard is it to phone the customer and ask what they want rather than sending rancid food out? Also never had a sub come with grill markings ever. Complete waste of money definitely avoid this subway and stick to the one in the Kingsgate or duloch park as you actually get what you pay for out there.

Will never use this Subway again. Did an online order and they didn't give me any of the extras I'd requested. Paid of extra cheese and didn't get it. Went in to the sore a couple of weeks ago. The cheese wasn't even melted, and the sandwich was cold. Went back and they offered to reheat it. I asked for a freshly made sandwich and it still wasn't right. Terrible

I got nothing what I ordered through Uber eats, who are taking forever to respond to my complaint. I?ve tried phoning the restaurant 7 times to absolutely no answer. This isn?t the first time I?ve had issues with this particular chain. It?s heaving with unprofessionalism and a lack of care. All I want is either my food or a full £30 refund

Got a just eat delivery and was all cold and not toasted like I'd asked for, missing pickle, red onion,lettuce and sauce which I also asked for...paid nearly £7 for a cold steak wrap with nothing on it!. Tried to phone a few times and no answer. Don't understand how orders can get so mucked up when it's right infront of you! Won't be using this shop again!

Tiny store but always has just what you need to fill a sub.Staff are always available and helpful.The store is a bit awkward though as you have to double queue to order. It's a bit claustrophobic but that's more because of how small the store is really.The "order here" sign that hangs from the ceiling is a bit oddly placed... Not sure if the store uses to be laid out differently but it would be worthwhile moving it for the OCD in me.
