Won't serve food whilst visiting during opening hours. Very disappointed as made the journey specifically. Won't let you go through the main door as they want to close early. Poor service.

upon another visit today i can only give young man two star for effort ! As for my coffee it was disgusting couldn?t taste coffee at all only soya milk and lots of it as my order was Extra Dry. so coffee little fluid milk and some velvet Froth there are other colleagues there Who Can produce the Required standard of drink

Staff are unbelievably rude. Products missed from drive through orders and when this is mentioned to staff they roll their eyes and huff. Not even an acknowledgement or an apology. Not even a greeting hello or goodbye. Management need to take action on this. Customer service training needs to be given. This is not the first time this has happened either.

Came in for a quick stop on the road, our server Ally was incredible always had a smile and incredible customer service. Was amazing when our friend did not like their drink and had brilliant banter.

Love Starbucks hot chocolate. Just wish they did more gluten free food options. There is never any gf cake.
Love that my dog can come in and sit quietly and have a pup cup.

Not hard in this day and age. Costa manages to have a few gf things but not Starbucks.

We had no idea what we wanted when we arrived and Zack so was patient and gave great recommendations! Opted for his choice, iced white mocha with hazelnut syrup and it was amazing! Mark was also very helpful and pleasant.

Table had previous occupants drinks left behind. Sat there as it could hold 5-6 people who were meeting there. Person clearing tables cleared every table except my table. (No idea why) Then had to go to counter and ask for table to be cleared and was told that it's been busy so haven't been able to. That would have been acceptable if there was a queue, no queue (at all) and the whole interior was vacant.

Coffee was ok, standard Starbucks. Cafe was clean and quite well laid out. Staff were slow and indifferent to customers. Maybe they forgot their double shot espresso to wake them up.
