It's a coffee shop, I like their coffee brand but it's pricey imo.The place itself is clean and tidy, run efficiently, so any wait time is minimal. The staff are polite and will engage really in small talk.Wheelchair accessibility: Although it is on the first floor of the shopping centre there after escalator and I believe a lift to allow disabled patrons use of ships on that level.It also can be accessed from the street level as it ha6d an external entrance, given that the centre is built on a hill. The outside road at that location does rise too the level of the first floor. If that makes sense.The shop itself is all on one level and passages are wide enough to accommodate a standard wheelchair.

Spacious, but quite dark and uninviting, atmosphere is busy and you have people walking all around you. I would recommend any other coffee shop in dunfermline for your overpriced coffee.Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious, However there is an escalator between this coffee shop and the main shopping centre downstairs. There are ground level doors by the bus stop nearby for access.

Just had a great experience at this Starbucks branch. Coffee and cinnamon swirl tasty as always but the big positive difference to my experience was the genuinely warm welcome and service from Michelle. She is an asset! Thank you

Lovely staff, always very friendly and helpful! Lots of good choices. Its especially nice to see all the dairy free alternatives, especially the food! Always very clean and on top of the track and trace.
