extremely helpful staff and friendly throughout my visit, only problem is the stairs down to get an eye test no ramp for disabled people and no info on how to get down if you are disabled and back up

Took my son for an eye test. The staff were all lovely. I liked how they spoke directly to my son (13). I came out smiling and my son was confident about wearing glasses. Thank you all. Would highly recomend.

Was made welcome by Adam and he did some tests .The opticians name was Hassan who was very professional and gave me all the information about what he and why he was doing tests.Martin was amazing what a considerate and knowledgeable young man he just knew which frames would suit ,he was considerate and most helpful his customer care was brilliant definitely would recommend specsavers Dunfermline 2/10/23.

Visiting store today for my husband to get eye test. Met by a beautiful warm lady by the name of Nicola. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Good informative thorough eye test. Debbie so friendly. Great customer service.

Great store and branch, only downside is a less wide range of designer frames compared to vision express and boots I find. But I always go here first as they have really good opticians and the best deals.
