The drinks machine was not working but we were not told this prior to ordering. No ice and most syrups were empty, and no carbonation. Had to ask for replacement bottle drink and no refund offered. The burgers were tasty but too salty (more noticeable when trying my child's burger with just ketchup). The smash fries were disgusting - stale fries swimming in oil. It absolutely soaked the bottom of my burger and tasted of nothing.

One of the only decent burgers I had in the UK! Ice cream was good too. Was disappointed in the small water though.

Mixed opinions on this one...... first time going....
In my opinion I think it's a bit over priced. The food was good but that's just it, didn't blow me away. I probably wouldn't pay that price again imo.
My partner however thinks it was sooooo good and he would pay that price again. He said its in his top 5 burgers????
Staff were lovely and a bonus star because they had vanilla coke!

Onion rings and chips
They sent us bbq sauce by mistake (wanted tomato ketchup). Chips and onion rings cold but easy to heat in the oven dried them out even more tho, really missed the ketchup for that reason !!
