Used to swear by this place over others but last twice it has been awful. This time the sausages weren't cooked properly, batter was soggy and chips were cold and hard. We won't be back.

Absolutely disgusted with Sauro's this evening, they have forgotten to deliver an item from our order AGAIN! I am usually ok with it if they deliver the item but this evening the person who answered the phone was appalling. I advised that they had forgotten the item and they were like "oh yeah we forgot to put it in your order" we can't redeliver it for at least at hour! I said it won't be much use to us in an hour and I asked if I would get a refund. The person on the other end said they couldn't tell me as they have nothing to do with Just Eat and was just totally uncaring and had a bad attitude saying "it's a saturday night and we are really busy"..... well you won't be busy for much longer with such an attitude. We are long standing regular customers and we always make sure to give the "driver" an extra tip. Wish we had not bothered this evening. Their uncaring attitude has just lost us permanently as customers and a bad review will be following on Just Eat too. You are certainly not deserving of being a "local legend" any longer.
