I have been in touch with Dunfermline Branch on 2 occasions recently. I spoke with Scott and Lisa and the Customer Service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, they were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you to both of you for such a pleasant experience. LR

Santander in Dunfermline staff are allways polite and I have never had any problems banking with them . I have been a customer with this bank for 40 yrs

What a work up just to make a appointment with the bank asking for voice security and security number person who eventually answered was abruptly did not know where dunfermline bank was had to explain wife tried to book appointment online only came up with language in Spanish would not translate to English will be having words when we go to our appointment thinking of changing bank after being with bank over 30 years (VERY BAD EXPERIENCE )
