I want to thank the gentleman that helped me today 13.19,,as my card got swelled up at a store today,, and he was absolutely brilliant,, I suffer panic attacks but he was brilliant,, and sorted my details and I got money.Very professional.

I have been in touch with Dunfermline Branch on 2 occasions recently. I spoke with Scott and Lisa and the Customer Service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, they were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you to both of you for such a pleasant experience. LR
