We've now moved twice with Regents and they've been amazing each time. Really amazing communication from the whole team. The care and attention we got was fantastic, even though we were only selling a little flat.

Sold our two bedroomed terraced house in Primrose Lane, Rosyth at the end of May and this is how it went.Clark from Regents gave us a good sales pitch on the Tuesday afternoon and we phoned him on the Wednesday morning to give him the go-ahead. He got the photo's done that same afternoon, along with the home report. We gave the photos and ad a once over on the Thursday morning and it went live that afternoon.Had a number of viewers on the Friday and Sunday, then received an offer we accepted on the Monday morning.Now it was a nice property we were selling and I'm confident it would have sold with whatever estate agent we picked, however Clark was very quick in getting it on the market as he promised and we got a price that was well above what we expected.We used our own solicitor (Neil Queen from Ross & Connel who I'd also recommend), but we did use Clark's offer to get the home report done, as Clark accompanies the surveyor around.Would definitely use Regents again.

Don't trust this agency. The staff may appear friendly, but in general they just care about getting the commission fast even though it might mean underselling your property. They pretended to know the edinburgh market and made a lot of inexperienced mistakes which cost me a lot of money and wasted time.A)they took terrible pictures of my flat, leading to no interest for a month. They had to take the pictures again.B) they kept me out of espcC) they did bare minimum effort viewings, leading to poor interest.D) they forced me to undersell last minute because rightmove told them to.E) they didn't inform me well about sales particulars, which costed me a lot of stress and time in the end.F)they didn't even thank me.My advice: get a more expensive agency that knows what they are doing and knows the market well.
