I was in the store this afternoon and my granddaughter dropped £10.00. I asked at the checkout if someone may have handed it in. Couldn't believe it but a member of the public had handed it in. I can't thank the staff enough for their time trying to find out which member of staff had the note. It was returned to my granddaughter who didn't think she would see it again. Restores you faith in how honest people can be. Thank you Primark.

No signs on doors ref No Dogs . So took my dog in . Went down escalator and carried dog down as per the signs !!
Got down to lower level and was approached by shop assistant , informed no dogs allowed . Had to leave.

Just left Primark Dunfermline, got everything I was looking for which was great but the female at the till long blonde bleached hair could do with some sort of welcoming smile instead of the disengaged experience I just received. Poor

It seems to be impossible to get hold of anyone via the phone number for this store. I was trying to confirm whether they have a product I want to purchase in stock, as I've found the website unreliable on that front. It just rang out for 1 minute then automatically disconnected the call. Tried multiple times with no success.
I just want to know if it's worth me driving 1 hour, or if I'm going to get there and find they're out of stock too! :(

The 2 staff on the changing rooms were very rude and generally just tried to be as awkward as they could. I had more than 10 items so had to leave some outside which is fair enough when I came out to swap what I had in the fitting room for the other items I was told I hadn't been checked in which was the first rude staff members fault as I had a ticket and she had appeared to be checking me in while she huffed that I had more than 10 items so she then followed me back to my changing room going inside picking up all the items in the dressing room telling me she needed to count what I had throwing my own clothes over the floor asking if that was theres she then proceeded to tell me that my other items i was waiting to try on had been took back out into the shop because I hadn't been checked in no apology and seemed to think that throwing my clothes about there floor was okay. Terrible customer service and lost them a sale and I did have a few items I was going to buy. Both changing room staff had no manners what so ever were both rude abrupt and didn't have a clue about customer service.

I just came home from Primark Dunfermlin. Bought 2 Christmas mugs and 2 plates. The plates were £4.5/ piece according to the price tag. I was charged £5. For 2 plates it's £1 more than I should have paid. I know it's not much, but I feel ripped off. How many times was I ripped off? Always check what you are billed for and what's on the price tag!

Good array of cothing, cheap and chearful. Dont have alot of money to spend on work uniform and the prices are very reasonable.
