Extremely poor service, understaffed, rude waitress, cramped tables (even more so than usual for a pizza hut), extremely poor hygiene. The only positive is that the manager was running around to make up for his poor staff, I felt a bit sorry for him.

Very slow service our server was lovely we had a birthday meal for our grandaughter we eventually got our food but she had to wait another 10 minutes for hers (she is seven ) so a big disappointment. The dough on our pizzas wasn't very nice ,soft and not the usual crispy base.

The prices are insane now! 9" GF Pepperoni pizza was £15.49!!? "lots of pepperoni" in the description but there was hardly any! Went to Chapel home farm in Kirkcaldy a few days later & got a 10oz Ribeye steak with all the trimmings for £18.49! £3 more!! Never again!

Severely disappointed in service during our visit last night, my partner and I went in last night, and I understand we came in towards closing time but there was still over an hour left until the registered closing time and we we?re not informed of them closing any earlier before we placed our order. We were greeted at the door by a young man that seemed very annoyed at us coming in.
After we placed our order our glasses and bowls for our dessert were dumped at our table and nothing was said.
On our way to fill our glasses the manager was overheard speaking to the young boy complaining about an order coming through when he was wanting to get home.
We received our pizza which was nice, the quality of the food was good, but this has been overshadowed by the treatment given to us by the staff.
Upon asking for our food to be packaged up as we felt uncomfortable staying any longer my partner was handed a box and had to ask if he was to pack it himself which I understand wasn?t great, the boy then took the food and upon leaving didn?t not acknowledge us at all.

After sharing a meal here with friends today, I ordered 2 take away pizzas to take home to family members who didn't join us. On getting home I was totally disgusted. £28.98 for 2 small, dry, sorry looking pizzas, seriously lacking in toppings. I wish I could post a photo! Awful is all I can say. I would not ever order takeaway from here again! They should be mortified with themselves.

It's a standard Pozza Hut. By that, I mean the pizzas are pretty good, the sides are decent and the salad bar is something you can nibble on while you wait. And you will wait, it seems to take quite a while to make a pizza (thought they used the super hot ovens) and a very long time to get a dessert. The issue of course is the price. The price of a pizza is ridiculous, especially since they are quite small. The 'deals" sound OK until you realise you either can't get certain things or you need to pay extra. It's OK for families as the kids meal deal isn't too bad and can come with ice cream factory which they'll enjoy but it's hardly fantastic toppings or anything.

I ordered through the app to pick up at dunfermline, when we arrived Scott (i think his name was) invited us to sit through in the restaurant where it was warmer, he then carried my order out to the car which I was very unexpected in this day and age, absolutely brilliant service very friendly! Thank you so much keep up the great service I honestly can't fault it.
