“Absolutely fantastic team in this store, I mainly deal with Callum when I go in. last time I went in I was looked after by Aidan and Gillian, how dare he take a day off !!. The 2 team members went above and beyond to resolve a challenge I had with a jacket. Many customer agents would have taken the easy route and given me a refund, these guys recognised my passion for their products and sourced the very same item from another store outwith their region, even speaking to the regional manager for that area to get a resolve. I have a few stores that I always visit when in Dunfermline and this is one of them.
