First time ever going into the store and will never be back.
In the middle of speaking to the member of staff and walks away whilst I?m still talking. If your not happy working there find another job,
Snobby and arrogant workers have such a negative attitude and speak down to everyone in there store as I witnessed today

Really rude young women serving. Try to be nice and have a smile but it is not reciprocated. Puts me off going back to buy gifts.

Went in with a gift, and gift receipt, bracelet too small. Very negative words from assistant. Apparently was an offer and none left so you can't swap it as everything else is cost. It was a gift, use some tact, really caused Poor reflection on the giver and far worse on the brand. Poor sales technique for one, failed to upsell suggesting very poor training and no actual interest in the customer.

I received a bracelet from my daughter, it was too small, I wanted to exchange it, I was treated like a fraud, the ladies in the store were not nice, rude and arrogant. I will never go back there, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Came in to shop Sophie was the young woman who helped me pick out perfect gift for my daughters 30th birthday I returned to buy myself a bracelet and my other daughter a ring Sophie was on hand to help week later it was my birthday when my daughter asked what I wanted first thing I said was something from the Pandora shop was so happy to see Sophie was was working that day with a smile on her face she is patient helpful nothing to much trouble will return again after great service from Sophie this young woman give five ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? Service thanks again for helping me pick the perfect bracelet and earrings

Amazing customer service and super fast problem solving. Those employees deserves a raise, the store is almost full every time and they are dealing with a lot.

What can I say they do go above and beyond in here. Such a small town where you would not expect much,but honestly,been travelling the world past 16 years myself( working in Hospitality) I was simply amazed by their service,approach and care.I can tell you that many Pandora stores around the world I've been were always disappointed experience. Sruff trying to get rid of you, rush you off quickly and don't even listen. Also most of the times it would be busy (especially the one in Chicago &Dubai where you expect more)But as said this Pandora store stuff went above and beyond. So polite, quite and yet helpful. I would say the first Pandora store I felt welcomed and actually helped without any complications and issues.Thank you ,thank you, thank you wonderful Pandora Dunfermline team.I wish I took names of these 2 wonderful ladies today, they deserve all praise ?.Keep on good work.Will definitely be back soon.

collected my order from pandora today. was briefly shown it in the box for a split second. should have known better to check it correctly. got home and looked at earrings and they have given me smaller less expensive version. I'm now going to have to go back into a packed town to fix their error. not happy in the slightest!
edit... drove back into the town to sort it. of course now packed. they made me wait in the queue I'd already waited in the first time when collecting it, as they had no clue what they were doing! didn't need a receipt as it had been an online order they literally just needed to give me the right one and they would have realised their error if they did a stock take of the 2 earring styles. not an apology in site.
