Ave been with Dunfermline Building Society for many years then it changes to Nationwide Buildings Society, which now I do like the service I receive there they are all helpful and understanding when I go in.

I was blown away by the service I received from the Dunfermline branch. All the more so as I was not a customer, that will soon change!!! The lady who guided me through a complicated myriad of problems was one in a million.

I have been a customer for sometime now, and I have been consistently delighted by the help given by all the staff at the East Port Branch as I was diagnosed with mild dementia several years ago which was making dealing with financial matter more complicated than it used to be!

Was a loyal customer and recommended the Nationwide to others for many years. Not any more! Recently, there seems to have bee a real slip in the standards of service. Staff are friendly enough, but have their hands tied by internal bureaucracy. They are ever so happy to sell you a product, but unable to assist when you have problems and can't get through to their call centre. Very disappointing!
