Really poor for a GP Practice. I tried to get medical advice or an online consultation through the Engage Consult app this morning which appeared not to be working. I phoned the GP Practice and was informed that their daily limit for online requests had been reached so the app was now closed for today, even though it was only 10:45 am. I was advised to try again tomorrow or phone a pharmacy.

Absolutely worst surgery ever been to, they have the least humanity consideration for patients and they lack empathy and compassion. The staff are so rude make you feel uncomfortable and not welcome. As if you choose to be sick and need them. I have ill for so long not gave me right help or diagnosis as they careless. Stay away from this surgery cause they even make you ill.

Been with millhill surgery 59 years now never had any problems whatsoever. Staff always helpful and pleasant to talk with and the Doctors aswell

A doctors surgery where it is very difficult to get an appointment. A new appointment system has been introduced where it has to be done online to stop people from calling. Recent issues with prescriptions due to lack of staff.

Absolutely disgusted, trying to see a doctor and they appear just to be trying to pass me to another service via a receptionist, they did not have the courtesy of call themselves to discuss my condition. The other service they are trying to pass me onto does cover what I need. I?m am now left in pain which the doctor is aware of as I called back, still no contact from a g.p more than 24 hours later

Beyond disappointing, Trying to help a friend with the vagaries of the system. The online process is unhelpful, unintuitive and if you can't access the internet, seek a new surgery? As one of the few practices taking on patients, it seems apparent that many have. Inclusion and equality have been pretty much eliminated by the archaic Online Consult tool. The NHS is supposed to offer equal access, this doesn't. The actual healthcare might be good but reaching it may impact your mental health to boot.

Was really curious because of all the bad reviews but seemed to be the only GP taking patients so had to go for it. I can honestly say it's been the easiest/best journey, the doctor really listened and we have a plan for my health moving forward, which is better than any service I received in Dorset

Avoid at all costs website is only open till 12pm and is impossible to get appointment over the phone and eventually when you get an appointment the doctors apperantly have the magic abilty to tell your fine by doing a few standard procces and the receptionist are just annoying they think there quilified to tell if yoyr symptoms are even worth seeing a doctor

A few years back my experience with the surgery was not all that positive but I must add that how things have really changed. The reception staff are more than accomodating & just today i called in & spoke with Caroline & not only was she very very pleasant but she dealt with my request within 10 minutes of calling & not only that but then called me directly back to confirm that my request had been dealt with. This in my opinion went above the level of what I expected, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with, I have also had the same level of courtesy from Linda, Brenda & Fearn, i may have left some staff members out but i have mainly dealt with the named staff, they all go above & beyond what is expected. They are definately an asset to the surgery & are very helpful & pleasant to deal with. I would like to thank all the reception staff for their very caring attitude & things have changed for the better & I look forward now to dealing with all reception staff.

I?ve moved doctor surgeries from Edinburgh to Dunfermline recently and this surgery operates far better than my surgery in Edinburgh. Yes, the online system is a bit time consuming but they get back to you within 2 days and they work it based on urgency so if you write it up properly stating it?s urgent they get back to you that same day. On two occasions now I?ve had either an appointment or a prescription within the same day (something I?d have struggled to get with last practice) I also find the receptionist staff very pleasant to deal with when phoning for results or queries. The doctor I?ve been dealing with Dr Lewthwaite has also been fantastic.

Absolute joke of a surgery. You can only request an appointment by filling in an online form. Their online system is not intuitive at all and it?s difficult to even navigate to get an appointment.This form used to be available 24 hours a day at least, but the last few times I?ve tried it says it?s not available. Only by calling the surgery was it discovered that this is because now even the online form is available only between 8am and 12 noon on weekdays!! It doesn?t tell you this online; only that the form isn?t available. The receptionist today admitted it had been restricted to the 4 hours daily because they were getting too many requests!! You?re meant to be a service provider!! And to not tell you online that the form is only available for those 4 hours a day, so folk maybe keep trying for a few days but at the ?wrong? times then give up because they don?t realise, it?s so so bad.All designed to put people off getting help, god knows how elderly folk manage.I asked to speak to the practice manager to complain, told it needs to be in writing, again, just trying to put people off.Terrible system, really awful, no wonder folk die needlessly when surgeries like this do all they can to avoid helping patients.

Just been to visit the nurse.She took great care to extract blood from me. She got it first time.It's usually a bit of a drama as I have very deep veins.Sorry didn't get her name,she was just great.?
