Ordered through app and was delivered to the parking bay outside. Was quick and the food was piping hot. Tried the Philly Cheese Stack for the 1st time & it won't be the last. For a cheese-oholic it was delicious.

Placed order online sat in their car park to pickup in drive though to be told they cannot serve me as their systems are down and it will be 15 mins before I can get my order and to drive around the carpark. No matter what time you visit there from midnight onwards to 0030 they're doing system updates. So they're not a 24hr service as advertised. Was told app was nothing to do with them and that they cannot put anything on screens?? Then to top it off my order is wrong and no receipt so I cannot complain. Shouldn't expect anything better from this branch

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Also has tablets for kids to play with and selection of food for kids too

EVERY single time we order from this joke of a place, they get the order wrong. I mean EVERY time. Never give us straws, never give us condiments. Even if you call them, they take no accountability and say "It's just Eat's fault" oh, and they're the ones that pack it and it's not their fault? Nah. That's not how it works. Just Eat says it's them, they say it's Just Eat. I don't want to have to claim a refund for things every single time because of their incompetence. No excuse for it. Spend money on it and can't even give us the decency of a straw for our drinks or condiments. Missing items too, that's a big theme. It's fair to say they don't care or know what they're doing at all. Don't say you're open until late if you don't give a crap about your customers past a certain time. Unacceptable.

Placed an order on just eat and an hour later still no food and the delivery time keeps getting later and later, called the restaurant to see what was happening. Woman who answered was completely unhelpful, told me to just cancel it and when I asked if they were busy she said ?I don?t really know? I love McDonalds but I am sick of this. Never again.

It's McDonalds, no one expects the food to be any good, and it lived up to expectations on the food side of things but let's face it, we don't go for the quality of the the food, but the staff here, never met a bunch of people like them, rude, ignorant and completely lazy. Not to mention they forgot to put half our order in the bag. Till gave me a load of change I stead of notes then refused to change it, asked to change it at next window and manager said I had to go back round to change it, so we did as they forgot half our order and when I was asking him to change the change he just slammed the window shut. Disgusting staff and poor treatment if customers. No clue how they got to manager position.
