Very poor to none existent Internet in store, taking ages and timing out. Trying to open a DPD delivery QR code for an Ikea collection.The cashier said screenshot the QR code next time then we don't have this carryon. I will use a different pick up store in future.

As a disabled women shopping in store, I did not appreciate being laughed at and pointed at, also another customer witnessed this and informed me the young female staff members in store called me a discriminatory name and we?re making fun of me as I am disabled
This was the Dunfermline branch I also asked for manager to speak to and one of the girls came forward stood above me and said ? what you dain likes ?
Disgusting staff and DISCRIMINATORY against DISABLED people, please be careful shopping in this store

Am i wrong to expect till staff to fold my clothing items such as dresses/shirts after barcoding and removing hangers?? I mentioned i have my own bag but surely staff would be handing me my items folding right? Just left a bad taste as i was left folding about 5long dresses while other were waiting to reach the till i was served on, staff just stood there waiting for me to rush and go...Not nice experience

Went into matalan store on Saturday I use crutches as I am disabled asked a member of staff to help me and the whole of the staff went way beyond they were so helpful and polite nothwas any bother to them I would recommend any person unlucky like me to visit this store they are a credit to matalan

Person in charge of staff counter acts like a school teacher maybe needs training on customer relations . We were told to move backwards when shop quite empty. Decided not to buy clothes we were about to pay for. Will not be going back and will pass onto others.
