I have enjoyed going into the café, but recently while there I was disappointed by the value of what we ordered. The new hot chocolates are £4, which is fairly standard, but they were served in such a small mug... I thought there must be some mistake, but was told that because real chocolate was used, this was the size. The flavour of the hot chocolate was also very mediocre and was hardly sweet. I have a low tolerance for really sweet things, but this hot chocolate was hardly sweet at all. Very poor value and quality.

Worst branch ever. People looks like they working there as a punishment, grumpy, no smile. Not welcoming at all. Take your business somewhere else and avoid this place.
