I have been dealing with Maloco?s over the sale of my father?s house which has been a sensitive situation given the circumstances. My primary contact has been Elaine Cassidy however given the legalities I have also dealt with Stacey, Bethanie, Eve, Kari's, Danielle and Lauren. Having sold properties in the past with your move and remax, the service provided by all mentioned has been world class always done with a smile and more importantly they always ask about my dad?s welfare. I would strongly recommend this business for any property transactions or conveyancing. When the sale goes through I will miss all above.

Very happy with the service we received our house sold quickly and it has so far been smooth sailing, everyone we spoke to was lovely in particular Lauren and Karis. Worst estate agent/solicitor in Scotland- stay away. Sold my property and a month and a half after sale still waiting to get all of my money from Maloco Mowat Parker. I went with them hoping having the estate agent and solicitor in the same place would be easier for the sale, and be less stressed but I couldn't be more wrong. They were purely and utterly unprofessional and inexperienced. I needed to produce my own floorplan as they were not able to; a simple task as adding the measurements on the plan were over their capabilities. The estate agents were not updating me on the viewings, I could never get a hold of any of them, and they would always come back late if they even did. People viewed my property without my knowledge. They wanted me to accept an offer without seeing it written first. They couldn't operate a calendar- dates in their calendars just went missing. Their conveyancing team struggled with simple addition and subtraction calculations. I received different account breakdowns showing different amounts at different times and they never had an invoice when asked and it was paid really late. They do not deserve the fees and the commission they got from my sale. Their customer service is deplorable, they never ever acknowledged they made a mistake or apologise for it. Never again, stay away.Dear Mr. Maloco, the very delayed response to my review is an excellent representation of how quickly and swiftly your team operates, thank you.

Used Maloco estate agents to sell our two latest houses. I?ve found them to be reliable and always very helpful. Thanks in particular to Karis, Eve and Kieran. We?ve used their solicitors most recently for our sale and purchase, Bethanie has been excellent - down to earth and efficient service all round. Would highly recommend.

I chose Maloco Mowat Parker to sell my property as they are a local company with great knowledge of the market and I've always been impressed with how quickly their marketed properties sell. Kieran dealt with the property initially, he was very professional, confident, reassuring and made me feel comfortable and at ease with the selling process. I was regularly kept up to date prior to going to market and once we were 'live' Karis took over and was brilliant with her emails and calls to keep me updated with viewings, the continued sales process and a really quick offer, well over what I expected!! Karis has always been very polite and friendly with any communications and a pleasure to deal with. I am now intouch with Bethanie regarding the legal side. Highly recommend Maloco Mowat Parker and definitely would use them again.

Maloco Mowat Parker have been working with me to sell a flat recently and the service from all the staff has been fantastic, particularly Karis and Elaine who were my points of contact. They were able to achieve a sale, very quickly, but the biggest positive for me was the communication. I was always kept informed of viewings and then received feedback very quickly.They have also acted for me on the legal side of the transaction and they have been equally fantastic on that side of things. Bethanie has been extremely diligent and would also respond to any queries that I had, very quickly.I have been absolutely delighted with the service and would not hesitate to use them again.
