Brilliant service when my car received its MOT this week especially from Ben the local branch manager, who discussed my requirements, explained costs, time scales and necessary work on my car's tyres to enable the vehicle to pass. He was very courteous, kind and professional. His invoice was very reasonable indeed and all necessary repairs were carried out promptly and to a very high standard. Ben was particularly friendly and welcoming. The same cannot be said for the mechanic who met me when I brought my car in for its MOT on Monday 8th September. He barely acknowledged me, did not smile, say hello or thank me when I handed over the keys.

Needed a replacement battery for the dead one in a Citroen 2CV6. Took in the old one, no obvious replacement by registration search, but they went the extra mile and phoned their distributor. Bingo, they had the equivalent in stocks and saved the day. Great customer service!

Ben was great. He recommended tyres for the front based on the ones on the back. The service was amazing. Ben and the other guys who worked on my car were great and a credit to the Kwik Fit team.
