Dear Kwik Fit Customer Service,
I would like to raise a complaint regarding a poor experience I had at your Hospital Hill branch on 09/09/2025.
In the morning, a staff member (F.T. M**n) informed me that the branch would match the online price for a tyre I showed them from your website. I was told to come back at 1:30 PM, which I did.
When I arrived, I requested the more expensive £105 tyre, as seen on the Kwik Fit website. I showed them the exact screenshot, which clearly stated the price included fitting. However, the staff claimed it was without fitting, which is incorrect and misleading.
I felt the staff member (F.T. P**G) was unprofessional and unhelpful. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable ? especially when dealing with loyal customers. Fortunately, I later visited the Kwik Fit Inverkeithing branch, where they honoured the website price without any issue and provided great service.
I believe this matter deserves investigation. Employees who mislead customers or behave poorly damage the reputation of your brand. Previously, I had positive experiences at the Hospital Hill branch ? but clearly, something has changed.
I hope you will look into this and take appropriate action.

Took my daughter?s car in as she had a slow puncture - thought it was a nail but turns out it was a leak on the valve. Sorted from start to finish within half an hour. Extremely helpful, friendly and professional guys! Wouldn?t hesitate to recommend!

Took daughter?s car in to have a noise with the exhaust and a slow puncture looked at. Needed peace of mind given she was driving up north tomorrow. They seemed busy but it was no problem for them. Fitted me in and offered reassurance with the exhaust as well as fixing the slow puncture.
Very impressed with how accommodating and professional they were and wouldn?t hesitate to recommend. Thanks guys!

The fitter Lewis explained all the faults on the tyes and picked up a serious fault that Mercedes failed to mention. Well done that chap.
Both tyres were fitted with in 30/40 minutes and I was mobile again

Jack and Conan at hospital hill Dunfermline it's the best service I have always had when visiting kwik Fit Dunfermline these Two Guys are always very helpful and would not go anywhere else it's no problem to them and I would recommend kwikFit hospital Hill Dunfermline.

As a Motability customer I popped in on my way home as my tyre pressure warning signal was on. Muhidin had me back on the road within 10 minutes! Great customer service.

I had a very good experience in this branch with conan fayzur and reece I had an issue with my tyre and they got me back up and running in no time and they made me feel safe

Took them 90mins to fit 2 tyres. Apparently a colleague of my fitter ?jumped the queue?. Not so much as an apology.Complained to head office, Cassiah, who tried to explain how a booking system worked and just brushed off everything.Avoid if you want a good service!

The boys are great. My engine oil light came on, advising me to top up so drove straight to kwik fit at hospital hill the lads topped it up and reset my on board measurements. All within 15 minutes of me pulling in Didn?t take a penny off me either. Thanks again ?

Amazing Service by Neil & Jack. Can?t ask anything better than what they did for me. Had a punctured tyre and they fixed it on a short notice. Thank you very much guys you both have been the best. Keep it up ????
