Good was banging, however I did think the popcorn chicken was meant to be coated in popcorn! Staff were lovely, please pass on my greatest gratitude to the wonderful till staff as they were helpful all the way through my order. Girl was tall didn?t catch name!

Tried to ride at the till to be told that I would need to order at the self service and then go pay cash at the till kiosk. To watch someone else do exactly as I wanted to do. Would highly recommend giving this unorganised place a miss.

We both become unwell after consuming the food. We have to throw it away, it was cold, dry old meat, not fresh at all. We ordered it from just eat and got refund on of only £6 despite spending over £20. Poisonous food they are selling.

Used to use the drive thro a lot but after the visit today will not be back. Ordered on the app to find my entire order wrong when given. Missed juice's, no cheese on any of the meals and no salad on the burgers, not to mention the oil water they pass of as gravy basically inedible.

Went up tonight to the drive thru, spent over £50 for dinner for our family of 7. To go home and find half the order was missing. Now we asked the guy that brought our food out to the car if that was everything because it was a big order! He said yes, very convincingly.
We phoned KFC Dunfermline and explained what happened, and the man on the phone (Aaron was his name) couldn?t care less and refused to send someone out with the rest of our order. He also claimed to be the manager! ?. Said if we wanted anything done about it we?d need to drive back up and bring the food with us. So we drove back up, Now obv the food was now cold, and we had to wait another 10minutes on a new order. Not to forget our 5 children waiting at home starving.
The women who served us was polite and understanding. But KFC seriously made a big mistake employing Aaron as there manager. A joke of a manager.
