The shop was extremely busy when I arrived but a member of staff on the floor helped me out within seconds. I was looking for a specific pair of runners and he made sure I had the right brand, size and fit. He also used a scanner to check me out so I didn't have to wait in the long cue. Hope the guy gets a Christmas bonus because he deserves it.

Terrible service ask for changing room key only to be ignored and given to a different customer. Staff all just chatting to each other and no engagement with customers

Just a small store which has a limited amount of clothing

From a mans point of view there isnt much clothes to choose from compared to some of there other stores, the choices of trainers used to be good years ago but dont feel its as good anymore, service at the till is always a pain, there is either nobody serving or massive ques where you end up waiting forever.

Went in and had to wait for 20 minutes to pay for my items There were 2 customers in front returning items but only 1 member of staff on the tills and she didn't know how to refund them so had to wait on their manager coming out to sort it for them, There were 6 people behind me waiting to get served and as soon as the manager helped the refund she just returned to the back room other members of star were just walking around and one was standing next to me stacking shelves looking at the long que but just continued doing what she was doing instead of helping at the checkout
