Due to an error by a member of staff I was charged twice for the same item. I went back to rectify this to be questioned and accused of wanting a fraudulent refund because the member of staff said the system shows they are down an item, so if I didn't take it how is that possible - probably because I was charged twice so your system thinks it's been purchased?! She then made a comment about how I'd purchased this as part of a 3 for 2 offer and the item I wanted refunded was the most expensive one... Not sure what the relevance of that is?? The attitude of this member of staff almost had me in tears in the shop as I was treated like a criminal in front of other shoppers. After I was refunded the £15 that I was due I said to the staff member that her attitude is awful, she then told me I had my refund and asked me to leave the store. Horrendous way to treat customers who are just trying to fix a mistake that their own staff caused.

Something very unpleasant happened today. I feel like I'm being discriminated against. The store manager called Ali was a very rude person and had a poor service attitude. I went to return the product today and I paid 56.21 in cash and 7.75 in coupons. She miscalculated and only gave me 48.46 in cash. Her explanation was 56.21-7.75=48.46. I said, no, you should give me 56.21 in cash and then give me a 7.75 coupon . I lost 15.5 pounds by doing this. At first, she refused to admit that she had a problem, and eventually she realized that she had miscalculated and did not apologize. She printed a voucher and didn't give it to me. she also falsely accused me of having already taken it. I said you do have CCTV and you can check it . She initially said that the CCTV could not be checked, and then said that it was broken. I said, I just want to get back the money I paid, and don't want more from you, the fact is that you didn't give me. After an argument, she very reluctant and gave me a new one. I said I needed an apology. You've been mean to me. I'm upset. Her voice growled to say sorry, I don't think it was sorry.I really can't accept such service.She is not qualified to be the manager of this store.

New person Gillian. Very helpful and so easy to talk to. Person in charge has a bit of an attitude towards giving advice when asked. If not for Gillian I would not recommend

Sometimes they have very good offers and items in reduced price ? Some of the staff are nice but a few of them are rude
